Outdated Systems. Overwhelmed Volunteers. Missed Opportunities.

The Challenge Facing Growing Ministries

Your message is powerful. But is your technology keeping up?

Outdated equipment, complex systems, and unreliable live streams can distract volunteers and disrupt worship.

Many ministries struggle with:

Online viewers dropping off due to poor video quality.

Volunteers burning out from overly complex systems.

Multi‑campus connections failing when you need them most.

Growth limited by technology that can’t scale.

Resources wasted on emergency repairs instead of strategic investments.

Every Sunday you delay addressing these challenges, you risk missing opportunities to reach people who need your message.

FAQs

Absolutely. We design systems specifically for volunteer operation. With proper training and intuitive interfaces, most volunteers become confident operators within 2-3 services. We’ve trained hundreds of volunteer teams, from high school students to retirees.Complete design, equipment procurement, system integration, installation, testing, and operator training.

Our designs include expansion capability from the start. Adding cameras, enhancing streaming quality, or connecting additional campuses typically requires adding components rather than replacing your entire system.

The design and planning portion of a control room fresh build or upgrade can average between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

The installation and integration portion of the project is divided into two time frames: a “shop build” portion (we build and test the equipment at our facility), and the on-site portion (we bring racks of equipment and control room furniture on site to integrate).

The shop build time can average between 4 to 12 weeks.  The on-site integration can average between 2 to 6 weeks all depending on equipment delivery time frames, system complexity, and facility conditions.

We specify reliable, broadcast-grade equipment designed for continuous operation. For critical components, we often recommend redundancy. We also provide technical support and maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers for rapid replacement when needed.

Yes. We offer various support levels from basic phone support to comprehensive maintenance agreements. Many churches choose annual system health checks to ensure optimal performance.

Often, yes. We evaluate existing equipment and integrate compatible components whenever practical, maximizing your previous investments while upgrading critical elements.
